I.R.F were founded in 1992.

Two vehicles were initially used on refridgerated transport within the U.K.,
Northern France, and Benelux, operating from a depot in Stoke-on-Trent.

We have since embarked on an expansion programme of constantly increasing the size of our fleet of vehicles and updating our equipment, and increasing our range of destinations to cover all of europe - including transporting goods to Bosnia for the M.O.D.

We have also increased our area of trading from Refridgerated Transport to Conventional Cargo, and more recently into International Removals.

All our drivers are ADR trained and licensed to carry hazardous cargo

Our branch network has been strengthened to include Deal, in Kent, which covers the Southeast of England and provides an excellent base for movements through the ports of Dover and Folkstone, and the Channel Tunnel Service. We also have a branch in Manchester to cover operations in the North of England.

Throughout the expansion, however, the company has remained family controlled.
As such we have a policy of close contact with our customer base and an ability to respond quickly and effectively to their needs and the challenges of our industry.
